After a previous not so great experience I had a facial with Catherine. She is hands down the best therapist Ive had in the 7 years in Australia. She epitomises what true luxury spa means. Her professionalism, customer service, attention to detail is of the highest level. You can just feel on her hands she is an amazing therapist. I cannot recommend her enough. She makes the prices worth every bit.

I’ve had many remedial massage sessions before, and this was certainly one of the best! Dana (my massage therapist) was very professional and was able to address all the concerns I had. The atmosphere of the spa was lovely, and I was pleased with the different kind of massage and facial options they had.

I've been seeing Nina for the past 6 months, and I truly can’t recommend her enough! She is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she also has such a warm and approachable manner. What I appreciate most is how she recommends treatments in a thoughtful, honest, and completely non-offensive way—always focusing on enhancing your natural features and making you feel confident. I’ve always felt comfortable and well-informed during each appointment. Nina is amazing at what she does, and I wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else!

I had the most incredible experience with Smita. she is truly one of a kind. Not only is she exceptionally skilled at what she does, but her warmth and kindness made me feel instantly at ease. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and genuine care shine through in every step of the treatment. I left feeling both lifted and deeply relaxed. If you're looking for someone who is both talented and truly caring, Smita is an absolute gem. Highly, highly recommend!

I had the Look Well for Skin Health treatment at Kailo and absolutely loved it! Isa was amazing — so calming and professional. The full body scrub, scalp massage, and facial were all incredibly relaxing, and I walked out feeling refreshed and glowing.

Today I had the Kailo Hero 14 Peptide Facial with Annette which was 90minutes of pure bliss. Such a beautiful wind down leading into Mother's Day. Would highly recommend this treatment and Kailo to anyone looking for a little something special. Thank you Annette.
